What you buy

Personal, non-transferable access to the “AIRLAB FPV” simulator, which is used in the browser by logging in with your account. No downloadable file is delivered.

Price and payment

Base licence: €1,200 + VAT. Pro licence: €2,000 + VAT. Upgrade from Base to Pro: the difference, €800 + VAT. Each licence is paid as a one-off payment, with no subscription. It is requested by email to airlabfpv@gmail.com with your billing details; I send you the invoice (with your NIF or CIF tax ID) and payment is made by bank transfer. The licence is activated on your airlabfpv.es account when the payment is received.

The Base licence includes flying (aircraft, ArduPilot modes, lessons, challenges, scenarios, real ArduPilot with SITL, AUTO missions, the AI instructor, the regulations and the logbook). The Pro licence also includes the work missions, photogrammetry and remote sensing, the operations centre, the operation summary and coordination in UAS geographical zones, the remote instructor and the verifiable certificates.

Free trial

You can try the simulator for free at airlabfpv.es/en/free-trial. The trial is free, does not ask for a card or payment details, does not renew and nothing is charged when it ends: to keep using the simulator you need to request a licence.

Delivery and duration

Access is activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. It remains active for as long as the service is in operation. If I decided to close it, I will give at least 30 days' notice.

Permitted use

Right of withdrawal

This is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. In accordance with article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spain's consumer protection law), when you buy you give your express consent for access to begin immediately and acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your right of withdrawal. This acceptance is recorded on the payment page.

If it does not work

If the simulator does not work on your device while it meets the requirements (an up-to-date browser with WebGL2 and an internet connection), write to me at airlabfpv@gmail.com. If I cannot fix it, I will refund the amount paid.

Limitation of liability

The simulator is an aid for practice. It does not exactly reproduce any real aircraft or a specific version of the ArduPilot firmware, and it does not replace the training or the legal obligations of whoever flies.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
